What is included in a package?

Each package represents a virtual server with the resources available for your personal use.

How am I billed?

Each package is billed with monthly invoices. These can be paid by PayPal or Credit Card.

Do you provide console access?

Yes, we provide console access to your virtual machine through the client portal.

What kind of virtualisation powers your Cloud?

We use Citrix XenServer for virtualisation.

Do you provide Windows servers?

Yes, we provide Windows and Linux on all packages at no extra charge.

What are snapshots?

We provide daily snapshots on all our packages. These are files which store the changes made on your server in the last 24 hours, allowing for an efficient rollback process to previous states of your server.

How can I rollback to a snapshot?

Please create a support ticket in the client portal, and we'll roll your server back to whichever snapshot you require.

Do you provide a backup service?

Yes, we provide an off-site backup service at an extra charge. Pricing of this can be found on the Packages page.

Do you offer managed hosting?

No. Your Cloud is unmanaged - if you encounter a fault with your server then you can contact our support team via the ticketing system. However, for help regarding installation or configuration, we advise you to use our knowledge base.

What is your SLA?

We provide a 100% Uptime SLA.
